This is a combination frame - transfer - overlay - mask.  There is a PSD file with the frame overlay that has a transfer in it.  There is also a photo mask to use under the frame.  There is ALSO the two files in PNG form for all my non-photoshop users so they can assemble in their own programs too.  

Trying something out and would love to hear your feedback.  I scrap like this but always create on the go and have never thought of offering this before but was asked to do so. :)  I tend to change my blending mode of the Frame-Transfer  depending on my paper used behind.  Overlay is one of my favorites to use.
