March 2009 Card Challenge

Hi Digitals Friends!

I am very excited to be back for my sixth month as Card Challenge hostess here at Digitals! My version of this challenge will feature a layered template every month that you can use as a springboard for your own digital card making endeavors. The template will be offered in .tif format for the widest compatibility and smallest download but if your program doesn't support this format, you can just use the preview here as inspiration for your own design.

Please use at least 50% Digitals products in your card design and upload to the gallery HERE. Posting to this thread will ensure that you receive your posting bonus in a timely manner - it's a mini kit that I made myself.



So onto your template preview and an inspirational idea that I've come up with using the card design.

Here’s my card.
I’ve always loved math and my daughter gained a great appreciation for it also. She even got her master’s degree in math. So it is no wonder that she started to tell us to celebrate important days like ‘pi’ day. The value of pi is approximately 3.14159 and so you should celebrate on March 14th at 1:59 PM by eating pie. What a fun excuse to have friends over and eat pie. Maybe you’d like to do it to. Anyway, Happy Pi Day everyone.
