Got a new app on my iphone that allows me to track my runs... it is fun to see where you have been, how long I went for... find that now I am running more...

Hi All,
Saw the posts and wanted to get in on the fitness/exercise support. Since I am healed from back surgery, but still have nerve damage, my doc released me to do water aerobics! There is a 2 day class, at the YMCA, just down the street from me. I start next week.
