Question Calendar?

How do you actually "MAKE" a calendar? Like with using the Quick Pages on sale right now? After you put your pics in the layouts how do you get it to the print store? Put it on CD? And what kind of shop does the spiral binding?
Hope someone can help, I'd love to try one but have never done it before.

Usually you would put it on a CD or a memory card. You will need to ask your local store which media they accept.

Quick print stores like Kinko's do spiral binding. Also most major office stores like Staples, Office Max and Office Depot have a section in their store that does it.

Hope that helps!

I've done these for several years now. I make up an 8.5x11 landscape page for each month. Then I put the high-resolution jpgs of the LOs on a CD or DVD, making SURE they are named 'january', 'february', etc so there is no confusion. I then take them to OfficeMax (or Office Depot or Staples or any of the office supply-type stores). They print my LO on the top half, a calendar grid on the bottom 1/2 and spiral bind it. They are generally $15-20 each. I did see that several online outlets such as ShutterFly and VistaPrint (and I'm sure many more) have calendar options this year as well.

Of course, I have to recommend Amanda Thorderson's and my DIY Calendar QPs if you are still in need of QPs ;)

HTHs!
