Journaling reads:
September 1995 was a celebration. A year and a half before I was diagnosed with breast cancer. During that year and a half almost everything that one could encounter with cancer I was "blessed" with. This celebration was one of not only life but, ridiculous as it sounds, it celebrated the return of my hair after six months of chemotherapy. Losing my hair was one of the hardest things, you see that was literally my crowning glory! It was as I told my gynechologist only ten days after my mastectomy, "I have life on one hand and death on the other, I kind of prefer life." He was shocked and thrilled to see my spirits were so high! I spent the next months with a smile on my face and worked three jobs (two part time) while going through chemo. And I made it through! You see. . . Love of God, Love of Life, Love of Husband are Unstoppable!
