I like how you have placed your photos - it is as if I were going out the door and down the steps with you. Your journaling is so important isn't it in this LO.

I had fun doing this one .. took the pictures yesterday morning as I was leaving to go pick up my son from school. I'm going to do these again after we move next month. I think it will be neat to chronicle that new apartment too.

I like the way you've done this. Do you live on base? Looks like it might be. You know it's not the walls and the stairs and the view from the window that make a home . . . it's the people inside and the love they share. Whew! That was deep and inspirational, wasn't it! LOL.

yes, we live on base. the cost of living on the local economy is very high and my children are a bit too rowdy to blend into the German environment.
I am praying that things look nicer at our next duty station (also in Germany) when we move in 6 weeks.
