Our Ryan turned 5 at the end of December!

Two wordart elements
Background paper and streamers - SarahB, Cuter than a Cupcake (this is my - roughly - semi-circular element!)
Paper (red) - ScrappyBug, Conquering Dreams
Mask - Kathryn Estry, Clipping Masks 1

The red frame around the smaller photos was developed from the items within PSE.

My favorite touch to the layout is the mask on the photo. It is a detail that makes the layout so festive!
