Text reads: I have had Celiac Disease for about 10 years so I follow a strict Gluten Free diet. This year we had a big party at our house for some birthdays and a graduation. Generally, the food is off-limits for me but this party was special as we were celebrating my 50th birthday so we went all out and did the whole thing gluten free. It was fantastic! Rachel told me if I said ONE word to anyone about the food being “different” that she would have a fit!

It was just too fun to be able to walk over and grab something and not have to worry.

My step-daughter Norma catered the entire party and it was totally fantastic!

We had mini cheesecakes and chocolate cupcakes and pecan tea pies, in addition to some fabulous Panache and meat rolls filled with cream cheese.

No one would have had any idea they were eating “SAFE” food.
