Arriving at the midway point of my life, I’ve realized that my hopes, dreams and aspirations have taken a bit of a turn. My hopes for the future do remain basically unchanged ... that the future is filled with hope and possibility. My dreams have changed somewhat. I have fewer personal dreams and more dreams that my children will be able to realize their dreams and live the lives they are dreaming. It’s the aspirations that have changed the most. With less in front of me and more behind, I have either fulfilled my aspirations, let them go, or put them into perspective. I may not change the world and my life will not have a global impact but I still aspire to touch a few people and hopefully leave a legacy of love and joy. If I can accomplish that, then I will have fulfilled all my hopes, dreams, and aspirations.
