Because of the unbearably hot weather, I was dreading this gig my husband's band played for the holiday weekend. It was at a friends cottage located on the shores of Lake Huron, and we would have to be outside in the weather all day. I was pleasantly surprised when we got there to find that there was a strong, cool breeze blowing in from the lake. Lots of people were complaining that it was a bit chilly, but I thoroughly enjoyed the respite from the 100+ degree temps!
