My birthmother at age 10. We know where the redheads come from lol. She had a pretty hard life as a child from what I know and this is one of the only photos I have seen with any toy at all. My guess is that it was a Christmas present at some point. I also rarely see her smiling in most of the photos and this is at best a half smile. I still have alot of them to go thru in the box and this one was unusual in the photo coloring so thought this kit worked well with it. I did invert the colors on Karin's word art. In some ways it kinda makes me sad to know her life was not one like I was blessed with. While I have little contact with her by my choice I sometimes wonder .....

Great kit to go with the photo colors! I thought you had colorized the photo at first glance, but sounds like that is not the case! Great memory page!
