thanks Dea .. its YUMMY! I changed the recipe a little bit when I made it earlier this week .. I added a block of cream cheese into the mix. The bread was still moist 3 days later.
I usually eat mine topped with homemade butter cream icing (adds tons of calories .. but lots of yummy flavors .. LOL)
