Diane and I stayed at the Olympic Valley Inn when we took our week long getaway in Nov. 2005. The Inn was originally built as dorm rooms for the Olympic athletes at the 1968 Olympics in Lake Tahoe. Tahoe had not recieved it's big snow the week we were there and so the skies were clear and blue. You could see the snow filled mountains all around. The view from our room was gorgeous!
