With a last name of Hennegan...I had to do an Irish recipe for this month...lolol.

I'm not sure where this recipe originally came
from but I used to make it every year for St. Patrick's day until a couple of years ago when I found a new favorite. The new one isn't a crock pot recipe but it's authentically Irish so I might have to do that one up for a different challenge for this month.
