I have so many pictures to scrap from when I was a Girl Scout Leader that I don't know how I managed to lead and take all the pics! One of our fondest memories was in our Junior year. At the end of the year, most troops have a big activity...trip to Disneyland, Horseback Riding, etc. This year we had decided that we were going to be tourists in our own backyard. We camped at the local KOA, went on an ocean cruise, and did a lot of other things that I can't remember now because only certain things really stick out in my mind. My dd only remembers her cousin falling off her cot. That's probably the memory most of the girls took away from the trip, lol. She just kept right on snoozing until she heard us all laughing so hard and saw the lights from the flash of the camera. Yep, had the camera on hand again...that's a whole other layout! ;0) Anyway, one of my fondest memories of the campout was the Kidnap Breakfast shown here in this layout. The girls were SO embarrassed, but not nearly as embarrassed as the leaders who brought our silliest pjs, only to find that most of girls slept in sweats or really cute pjs...nothing too embarrassing!
