There aren't many moments where I actually get
to spend time by myself. But, school is about to
start again soon. I can't wait. This means that
I will get to go back to the gym again. The Hall
of Champions cardio center is my favorite place to
be when I am not subbing at the elementary school.
When I go to the gym I get a chance to do something for myself. I can exercise as long as I want to and know that I am doing something good for myself. I may not always get to be there as long as I would like to be but being there even for 20 minutes gives me the satisfaction of knowing that I am doing something to better myself. The cardio center usually smells like nasty seaty people; but with the right music you can tune out the smell and get in a decent workout. I can't wait to get back to the gym and on the eliptical machines.
