This is for the Me, My, Mine Sept. challenge "to create a LO of a special childhood memory".
When I was a kid, one of my favorite things to do was to send my teddybear, Edwin, on great adventures around the world and take photos of him. Obviously, we couldn't actually go around the world, so I improvised. Edwin (a Steiff) was first owned by my Grandmother and was given to her in 1906 when she was 2 years old. Then he belonged to my mother, and then me. My mom knitted is natty clothing (complete with bell-bottoms).
So we have: Edwin skis the Alps, Edwin races motorcross, Edwin tracks a wild tiger, Edwin hobnobs around Paris, and Edwin plays Carnegie Hall. The fun part about the skis is that these are my father's 60's vintage, 7'-long skis with cable bindings!! (And you might notice he is wearing his tie plus an extra scarf for winter warmth!) Oh, the "wild tiger" is our cat Alice (1973-1991).

This is so much fun! What a great imagination you had! (Have!! LOL!)
