Journaling reads:
I admit that I did not really want to go into the miltary, but at the time it seemed the best thing to do. Soon, I was in a difficult Chinese language class and was failing badly. Orin was assigned as my tutor and I eventually passed the class. Orin, however, was a lousy tutor and to be honest, we hardly ever studied! Still, it all worked out in my favor, as we became great lovers and great friends. Two children, 3 dogs, and 14 married years later, I guess it all boils down to luck. I'm so lucky he still loves me, even if I am a poor study partner! ~ Cristina, January 13, 2006
Fonts used are Papyrus (journaling), Typewriter (date on photo) and MA ***y (part of the title)
Used the Daisy Daze Kit and Alphabet by Cristina Blomberg, Digitals.
I deleted part of the overlay because I felt it looked busy and interfered with the journaling. The photo is a poor scan, but the only one I have. I desaturated it and added a sepia tone to cover the horrid scratches and make it look more vintage.
