I give calendars for Christmas. For this calendar, I glued the layouts
down but left them out of the binding so that the recipient could
remove the layouts at the end of the year and put them in an album
that I will include with the gift.

It uses the 12 x 12 Square 2009 Calendars by Juliana Gordon.
