This layout was made using my Holding Onto Hope kit. Here is the poem on the layout.

Be a shining light of hope
into my daughters life.
Move her view past all her struggles,
and the stuff that causes her strife.
Help her begin to step into
a season full of hope anew
Take her hand each step of the way,
show your love though and through.
Then once this season is complete
go by her side into the next.
Amaze all those around her,
may they all just be perplexed.
Then for sure they will have to ask,
"What's this change, who is this girl?"
Her response will be "Why its my LORD,
just believe, won't you give it a whirl."
