So what is this Follow Your Art all about anyways?

It’s a journey deep within ourselves and expressing it in the form of art journaling, or visual journaling, as we like to call it. It’s about self-improvement, healing, learning to listen to our inner voices and learning to create ourselves as we want to be. We will travel together and learn to express to ourselves through art.

Each month, we want to inspire you to keep your own Visual Art Journal. We will have monthly themes, prompts, inspirations and give you some thought provoking ideas while offering you encouragement to let your soul soar. We also plan on having mini tutorials how to use art in your digital art journal.

We want to offer thoughtful guidance to help you become more in tune with your inner voice and learn to be more creative and connected with that voice and let it be heard.

Visual Art Journaling – What is it?

It’s a combination of Art Journaling and a personal diary.
It is very personal and intentional.
It’s where you can play and let out your inner artist just for you.
It’s where you can express feelings and thoughts and dream.
It can be a private place for healing.
It can be a notebook to keep inspirations and give your Muse permission to dance.
It can be anything you want it to be! There are no rules!
